Larry Levine joins us a the 3rd Annual Empowerment Retreat and Leadership Boot Camp for Business and Career Success April 17-18, 2010.
Larry's presentation at the Retreat is:
The Inner Game of Business (and personal) Success
You have a business, would like to have one, or you’re working for someone else. It really doesn’t matter. What you notice is that it seems that others do things with ease that you find difficult, or they come up with things that you’ve maybe never thought of. The grass DOES look greener on the other side of the fence, and you’re usually standing on the wrong side unable to cross over. You KNOW that things need to change, you WANT them to change, and you are COMMITTED to changing them now. You’re just not sure of the what, when, and how of these changes. As illogical as this may sound, none of these may actually matter. What does matter is KNOWING what does matter, and then being able to act on that.
For most people that are stuck in their business or personal life, they are suffering from one form or another of a “thinking disorder”. Now, you will learn how to identify “thinking disorders” in your own life, and more importantly, what to do about them. You will be shown a framework for dealing with decisions and indecision, motivation and procrastination, risk assessment and reckless action, and more. You will learn how to manage the “Inner Game of Success”, the one that starts with your own thoughts, your own beliefs (many of the ones that guide you are beyond your conscious awareness), and the patterns of though, action, and feeling that you use (often without knowing) to make important decisions.
About your facilitator:
Larry Levine is a Master Practitioner in facilitating change in people quickly and easily. Larry works with people to help them replace their current, unproductive patterns with carefully selected programs that produce the outcomes that each individual wants.
Now, it is possible to remove the programs that no longer serve us, and to replace them with a “consciously” chosen path of thoughts, actions, and feelings that serve us today. By making small and specific changes, people are able to improve the quality of their lives.
Larry has spent decades in the corporate world-- running businesses and consulting with others. He is a nationally recognized motivational speaker, communications trainer, sales strategist, and facilitator of change for large corporations. His clients have included Disney, AOL, McGraw-Hill, Tourneau, IBM, and many others. Larry has taken his years of experience with Top Executives and is now applying the same principles in helping people make changes in all areas of their lives.
